We ship worldwide from Palmetto. Standard delivery is $8 — free on orders over $250 — and takes 3–5 business days. Express is $22 and takes 1–2 business days. Everything is tracked.
Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with the tags attached. Write to us and we will send a return label. Refunds are issued within five working days of the piece arriving back.
Our pieces are cut relaxed. If you are between sizes, size down for a closer fit. Every product page has a size guide with body measurements in centimetres, and we are happy to measure a specific piece for you.
Wash linen cold and line dry in the shade; warm iron while slightly damp. Silk should be dry-cleaned. Knits dry flat. Every piece arrives with a care card.
Yes — repairs are free for the life of the garment. Send it back with a note about what needs mending and we will take care of it, then return it to you.
